RENTAL PRICES INCLUDING TRANSPORT, SETUP AND DISMANTLING
ORDERS TILL 26.01.2026 = 100% LIST PRICE
LATE ENTRY SURCHARGE FROM 27.01.-16.02.2026 = +25% LIST PRICE
LATE ENTRY SURCHARGE FROM 17.02.- 26.02.2026 = +50% LIST PRICE
BUILDING AND DISMANTLING
ALL BUILDING AND DISMANTLING WILL BE DONE ON THE AGREED DATE AND TIME OF DELIVERY AND PICK UP . ALL ITEMS ARE ASSEMBLED AS ORDERED AND DELIVERED TO THE RESPECTIVE STAND EDGE.
Exhibitor install day is the Friday 27th February 2026 09:00am - 08:00pm.
